I Renounce What I Called Love as a Human – A Prayer

Ye are Gods | Chapter 20

I renounce all that I, as a human, named “love.” I renounce every distortion, every falsehood, every emotion that I embraced as truth, every claim I made in the name of love that was not Love.

Father of the Worlds, Infinite Logos, Christ—
we seek Your Light,
Your Infinite Teaching,
Your Love.
We seek Your Creation within us.
We seek the Self-Existent Truth—
the one we know vibrates in all things,
governs all things,
sustains all things,
and pulses through everything
with the Single Vibration of Unity.

I renounce
all that I, as a human, named “love.”
I renounce every distortion, every falsehood,
every emotion that I embraced as truth,
every claim I made in the name of love
that was not Love.

I renounce
the desire to possess,
to cling,
to depend,
to be saved by another.

I seek You, Divine Source,
pure Love,
unending, unbound,
not defined by form or expectation,
not shaped by fear or need.

I no longer want
the human counterfeit of love—
the one that confines,
that demands,
that expects in return.

I want the Love that gives,
without needing to receive.

The Love that serves,
that uplifts,
that liberates.
The Love that does not bind but frees.
The Love that does not consume but offers.
The Love that sees the Divine in all,
and becomes a bridge toward the Light.

Let me become
the vibration of that Love.
Let me dissolve
everything within me that is not It.
Every illusion,
every selfish urge,
every claim of “mine”
that separates me from You.

I want to be an instrument of Your Essence.
A flame that burns without consuming.
A presence that gives without possessing.
A temple where Love is not named—
but lived.

Divine Logos,
empty me of what is human,
and fill me with what is Eternal.

This is my renunciation.
Not to abandon life,
but to sanctify it.

Not to escape feeling,
but to elevate it to Truth.

Not to stop loving,
but to finally Love—
as You do.

Amen.
