A spiritual initiation into the mystery of life

All things are formed, transformed, evolving within the corruptible world and passing away, yet one thing remains Incorruptible and Unchangeable — Time and Eternity

This is not merely a philosophical reflection on time. It is a spiritual initiation into the mystery of life, decay, evolution, and eternity. It is a call for human consciousness to move from the temporary toward the Imperishable. Logos reveals one of the greatest hidden truths of existence: that the entire material world exists in constant change, while behind every change there is an Eternal and Unchanging Reality.

The World of Change

All creation exists in continual motion.
Nothing remains fixed.

Bodies change.
Seasons pass.
Civilizations rise and collapse.
Empires appear and disappear.
Ideas transform.
Human beings come and go.

Matter itself is not stable. It is an endless flow of forms.

Yet man, while living inside this constant movement, behaves as though he will keep forever whatever he possesses. He clings to situations, people, achievements, ideas, and forms, without realizing that the material world is a river that never stops flowing.

Human suffering is born precisely from this illusion:
that man tries to find eternity within what is temporary.

Decay as a Law of Evolution

Logos (the Divine Word) does not present decay as punishment, but as a necessary function of evolution.

Every form decays in order to give space to a new form.
Every condition dissolves so that a higher transformation may follow.

The child “dies” within the adolescent.
The adolescent within the mature human being.
Ignorance within knowledge.
Selfishness within love.
The old man within the new spiritual man.

Evolution requires the continual abandonment of old forms.

This is one of the deep crosses of spiritual life:
nothing lower can enter eternity without transformation.

That is why human beings often experience pain when they change. Every spiritual birth requires a small inner death.

Time as a Spiritual Teacher

Time is not merely as the measurement of events, but as a hidden force of spiritual education.

Time reveals.
Time matures.
Time uncovers illusions.
Time crushes pride.
Time tests love and faith.

Human beings often desire immediate completion. They wish to reach the Light quickly without passing through the inner seasons of evolution. Yet nothing true is born violently or instantly.

A tree requires years to root itself deeply.
The soul requires experiences in order to awaken.
Consciousness requires trials in order to be purified.

Time is the workshop of the soul.

And many times what appears today as delay is later revealed as the wisdom of God.

Eternity Behind Time

Yet we do not stop at decay and the flow of time. We reveal that behind all change there exists something Imperishable and Unchangeable: Eternity.

Eternity is not simply endless time.
It is a state of existence beyond decay.

God does not change as the world changes.
Truth does not grow old.
Light does not decay.
Love, in its pure form, does not die.

Everything that truly belongs to Spirit remains.

Human beings feel within themselves this hidden longing for eternity. That is why nothing earthly can fully satisfy them. Even when they obtain what they desire, there remains deep inside an unfulfilled searching.

This happens because the soul comes from the Imperishable and cannot fully rest within the corruptible.

The Illusion of Permanence

One of the greatest obstacles in spiritual life is the illusion that this world is permanent.

Human beings organize their lives as though they will remain here forever. They struggle endlessly for things that will soon vanish. They build their identity upon forms that time will eventually dissolve.

And when change comes — a loss, an illness, a separation, a collapse — they feel as though their entire existence has been destroyed.

Yet life itself has not collapsed.
Only the temporary forms upon which consciousness had depended have collapsed.

God often allows temporary supports to dissolve so that the soul may seek the Eternal.

Christ as the Imperishable Center

Within this endless flow of forms, Christ is revealed as the Unchangeable Center.

Christ is not merely a historical figure of the past. He is the Eternal Logos who remains unchanged throughout the changes of the ages.

Civilizations change.
Religious forms change.
Human perceptions change.
But the core of Divine Truth remains.

Christ is the Bridge between time and eternity.

Within Him, the corruptible may unite with the Imperishable.
Within Him, man ceases to be a prisoner of decay and begins to taste eternal life even now.

Eternal life does not begin after death.
It begins when the soul unites with the Imperishable Light.

The Inner Shift of Consciousness

The deepest message of Inner Christianity is the need for a shift in consciousness.

To live within the world without becoming imprisoned by it.
To use forms without worshipping them.
To love without selfish attachment.
To create without believing that anything earthly is eternal.

The spiritual human being does not reject the world. Rather, he sees through the world.

He sees that all phenomena are temporary waves upon the ocean of Eternity.

Then a deep peace is born within him.
For he no longer depends upon what changes, but begins inwardly to dwell within the Imperishable.

The Final Mystery

Man fears time because he fears decay.
But the spiritual human being begins to see time differently:
as a journey of return toward Eternity.

Every experience becomes a lesson.
Every change becomes a revelation.
Every ending becomes preparation for a new birth.

Then the soul understands that it was not created to perish within decay, but to pass through decay and arrive at the Imperishable Light of God.

For all things pass away.

Forms.
Bodies.
Worlds.
Ages.

But the one who unites himself with Truth already enters Eternity even now.
